Robots Taking Care of Mom

What will happen to the “human touch” if robots and automation do all the work?

If COVID has taught us anything, it’s that isolation and loneliness are damaging to the health and spirit, particularly for the elderly and mentally ill.  Will the day come when robots, not people, are at the forefront of care for the elderly?  Not so fast – there are some things robots just can’t do.
