Study: Family Caregiving More Difficult, Stressful and Expensive

Most family caregivers work full time jobs; paid caregiving getting more expensive.

Seniorly released a study that shows a record 42 million Americans are serving as family caregivers, facing major stress, and spending an average of 26% of household income on providing care for family members.  Such work is always difficult, but COVID-19 has made it much harder having to care more for both elderly family members and children – all the while working full-time jobs.  Some tips for dealing with the stress.
