The Problem with ‘No Regrets’

Can those who don’t look back ever move forward in life?

Columnist Arthur Brooks discusses people who live life without regret (some even tattoo “No Regrets” on their body) and describes why this may not be the best life philosophy.  “Regrets may hurt, but they don’t need to banish the sunlight from our life,” he argues.  “Obsessing over them is destructive. But shunning them, or trying to live without them, is a lost opportunity to grow.”
