Which is the ‘Happiest’ Country?

It’s both where and how you live, along with what you value that determines happiness

The U.N. releases an annual “World Happiness Report,” which ranks countries by how happy its people say they are.  But as Arthur Brooks points out, in order for these rankings to be of any use, “they have to assume that people around the world define happiness and answer happiness surveys in roughly the same way.”  Different cultures experience happiness differently and for different reasons.
